Compounds department    Production of black compounds rubbers and coloured compounds rubber The Compound Department
The compound department has production lines with internal mixers of large capacity, open mixers, cooling lines, equipment for cutting in strips and packaging of the final product. Separate installations produce black compounds and coloured compounds.
The Sheet Department
The sheet department has a roller head calender line, continuous vulcanization machines (rotocure) and compression moulding machines. 		Rubber sheets department    Calender line, continuous vulcanization machines and compression moulding machines.
Finishing department    Checking, cutting, wrapping in rolls and packaging the vulcanized sheets The Finishing Department
The finishing department is equipped for checking, cutting, wrapping in rolls and packaging the vulcanized sheets, that are stocked in a large warehouse that allow immediate product availability.
